Vitamins are organic compounds that the human body - except for vitamin D - cannot produce on its own. Hence, we need to provide them to our body through food. The DEPOT A-Z tablets from Doppelherz contain 13 essential vitamins: water-soluble vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, and pantothenic acid, as well as fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
Minerals and trace elements:
Minerals and trace elements are substances that the body cannot produce. The only difference between them lies in the amount needed by the body. Trace elements literally exist in "traces," i.e., in very small amounts in the body (under 50 mg/kg), while minerals or "bulk elements" are present in over 50 mg/kg body weight.
In Doppelherz A-Z DEPOT tablets, the minerals calcium and magnesium, as well as trace elements like phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, and iodine, are combined.
What is the advantage of DEPOT tablets?

Take 1 tablet daily at meal with enough liquid. Do not chew. The tablets can be divided into two halves, if necessary.
