Collagen, an Important Protein

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body. It constitutes the majority of connective tissue and support tissue, determining their mechanical properties. It is the fibrous component of bones, cartilage, and tendons.
A collagen fiber has considerable tensile strength. Thus, a load of 10 to 40 kg is necessary to break a collagen fiber with a diameter of 1 mm.

The synthesis of collagen depends on vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure the normal function of cartilage and bones.

Consumption recommendation

Shake well before use! Drink the entire content of one bottle per day. Do not keep unemptied bottles for later consumption.
