Vitamin C – a classic for the defenses
If we eat a balanced diet and take many different vitamins and nutrients, we can actively support our body in the production of defense cells and our resistance in the wet and cold season. Vitamin C – also known as ascorbic acid – is considered a classic for the body’s defenses. Its best-known task is to support the immune system.
Vitamin C acts as a strong anti-oxidant in water-soluble metabolism and protects cells against oxidative damage, which is caused by free radicals. High dosages of Vitamin C protects the immune system by defending free radicals.
The Doppelherz® Vitamin C effervescent tablets contain 1000 mg of Vitamin C and support the normal function of the immune system – even with increased vitamin C requirements – with just 1 effervescent tablet a day.
Take one tablet daily. Dissolve in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink.
Do not exceed the stated recommended dosage! Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product should be stored out of the reach of children. Do not store above 25 °C. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as people with impaired kidney function.
